Blimey that’s pretty astonishing! I was wondering the other day if you’d had any helm activity. There’s been so little cloud it’s been difficult to tell though we’ve had strong winds some days. A couple of timlapses were inconclusive. The cloud really started building up yesterday though
Yes, that was a very odd effect, given that I was removing a sort of blemish🤦♂️ I saw a Helm Cap sitting on Cross Fell and its neighbours one day, but otherwise we’ve just had blanket blue skies for what seems like weeks, so a bit of a fallow period for me, photographically☹️
Yes - some nice tendrils of cloud spreading out today but it takes the edge off the pleasure knowing they are contrails 🙄
Aye - but maybe some interesting cloud effects to come over the next few days as the high pressure block dissipates?🤞
