The knowledge was saved (but rarely taken forward) in the medieval monasteries and libraries that managed to isolate themselves. We will see something similar: knowledge, expertise, learning & scientific study percolating to other nations or held by those universities willing to resist Trumpism

Is this graph just vibes? Like where does this data come from, what suggests we could have gotten to iPhones a thousand years earlier, especially bc plenty of places were still practicing science?
