I'm going to get so rich. If a medicine costing $300 went down 1200% in cost, it would result in a negative cost of -$3300. This is because a percentage decrease cannot exceed 100% of the original value. A 1200% decrease from $300 would mean the medicine would have to cost negative $3300.
