LV Local here: Not just Trump - yes, huge due to lack of intn'l travelers, but also the huge cost and fees increase by the COs. Park? $50. Resort fee? $50. Dinner for 3 w/little booze? $400. Several events (F1, football, etc.) upcoming Non-Strip - down town and neighborhoods are doing way better.
