"Knowing exactly which parts of LibGen that Meta and OpenAI used to train their models, and which parts they might have decided to exclude, is impossible. Also, the database is constantly growing," says author of The Atlantic article, Alex Reisner.

Are you interested in academic work too (e.g., peer-reviewed journal articles)?

Yes please do include that Miri, the ASA represents all different kinds of writers. The scale of academic theft this time is shocking. Whether this work was stolen or sold, publishers need to take action. Commercial use of this work needs to be paid for.
