Social media is not an emergency notification system. Supplemental at best. Vulnerable areas should have sirens (below a dam, etc.).

Moronic. In the West coast we have Tsunami warnings. In TexAss, you have tornados and flash floods. Change the cadence or pitch of the stupid horn. Fixed. For a few quid.

The experts in emergency management have had fucking years to figure all this out. Make your own individual plan and how to carry it out. What you do for a tornado, tsunami, flood, hurricane, fire, chemical contamination, etc. The government won't save you. Do the best to save yourselves. And VOTE
