I wish more people read so publications wouldn’t have to resort to doing puff pieces for skynet
Three years and still this nonsense.
What? Increase use of AI without the joy of laying off humans?? Anathema! <\Sarcasm off>
That's okay I already have regular intelligence for that.
No
AI can't collaborate. Collaboration is something two or more people, or to generalize, *conscious entities* do to achieve common goals. AI isn't a conscious entity and it doesn't have goals. It is a TOOL. You can USE an AI. You cannot collaborate with it.
100%. Any usage of AI should be approved by a supermajority of US citizens.
Fuck AI and all the companies who won't stop shoving it down our throats. Don't want it, dont need it. 🖕
Can use it for jobs which are impossible for me in realistic time. Would never use it for some other jobs. Can use it as add on for some jobs. A tool with a detrimental amount of hot air marketing and hype around it. But it will not vanish.
Is it in your throat right now? I find AI tools extremely helpful for finding solutions to technical problems that are hard to resolve using conventional internet search tools. There are applications besides what is commonly discussed on social media. The Skynet is not falling. Chill.
Counterpoint: We should focus on the wholesale elimination of AI before it destroys us, after it incapacitates us.
