Yes Rep Tom Emmer, we should be dealing with these school shootings at the beginning , not the end! We didn't have policemen, "Resource Officers" in schools before all these crazy people had guns. We still had crazy people but they didn't have so many guns! DEAL WITH THE GUNS!

Fix the CAUSE, not the tool that was used. All crime of any kind can be traced back to a motivation. Find that motivation, find the solution. Homicide is already illegal and holds the harshest punishment. Solve the problem, not the result. We need VIABLE solutions, and that aint it.
