Why would you have to pay out of pocket for it? My mom takes it for her diabetes and she pays nothing for it.

If she is on a plan then it may be free, but for folks not covered there is a cost, much like every other prescription

My husband and I have Medical Mutual through our union. A co-worker has Type 2 diabetes. Insurance still refuses to pay for Ozempic, even with a diabetes diagnosis.
