“Capitalists are interested in categorizing humans as resources into ‘can get pregnant’ and ‘can get others pregnant’ because they are interested in doing eugenics at scale to maintain the future ‘labor force’… AKA ‘humans as a resource’ to continue growing. Capitalism is a death cult.”

You should check out The Changing Wealth of Nations paper, which in part includes the valuation of human capital, not from a resource to boost GDP, but as a core driver of long-term resilience, equality, and sustainable development. It attempts to look at each country's access to education & health.
