Why, he's not dumb, he's just playacting it – I'm sure he knows quite well what happened at Yalta, and would not mind having a Yalta 2 where all of Europe goes to Russia and all of the Americas to Trump's (and later his) US.

Vance is said to have attained a 3.9 GPA for a bachelor's degree he earned in 2 years. Did he have high school credits? Summer school? And 16 other students in that class had the same GPA. How challenging were his courses?
