Hey, maybe he could be. If he is than throw the book at him. I don't know if MN has capital punishment but to be honest, I wouldn't care if he was on either side of the isle, capital murder charge should be laid no matter what.

No, I wasn’t saying that, “not sure” means a lack of knowledge. He does have affiliations with Christian nationalist organizations.
