Ultimately, the fault rests with Biden. He could've fired Garland. At 1201PmEST on 20Jan2021, or any day after, could've made sure Trump was arrested for Attempted Murder, Inciting A Riot, and Sedition. Just for starters. Perhaps at that point, SCOTUS & GOP could've gotten a stronger spine.
