did they play chaise lounge?
did they play chaise lounge?
They fall into the category of bands I love that unfortunately play the same set every night. That was fine in the pre-internet era but now everyone knows what is played and in what order and it kinda ruins the experience (at least for me).
You think they'll play the exact same set the second night in Seattle?
I think there will be a few minor differences, but the bulk of the show will be the same and in the same order. But what do I know? I just wish all bands would shake things up a little more.
If Oasis and Gary Clark Jr canβ¦
it's extremely common for bands/artists to play the same setlist over full tours outside of our little jam bubble
It is but.... I would love to see that change.
if more people in the world cared more about music then i bet that change would happen
My boys @gaslightanthem.bsky.social change it up show to show
I like them lots.
I loveeer them
Oasis⦠whatever. I understand why they have to keep it tight. But Gary Clark was a disappointment. Two straight nights in Toronto song for song virtually note for note. That dude should be able to reach deep through a blues songbook. That was aggravating.
i can understand this sentiment. im a little surprised to hear this report of him tbh
Accurate. This is true for the general bigger bands and acts due to the fact that the visuals and the lighting are pre set to match the tune so everything is synced. Not everyone can have Chris Kuroda. I still think it's nice when these bigger acts can mix up the setlists here and there.
No idea. I only really found out about them recently with the second album which I dug, I really haven't listened to the first one much. Kind of went in blind last night and I had fun.
i only know that song by them and it's only because @karinarykman.bsky.social covers it.
That makes me happy π₯Ήππ»
