Root cause of the issue is the fascist state and their agents. If nothing is politically done to prevent them from acting, you can't blame their targets for resisting and you don't get to tell them not to resort to violence.

Another crucial thing is that in a fascist state you don't fight fascist agents with law or justice lol (they will be forced to side with the government - no more power separation heh). You physically stop them and then once they are no more a threat, you fucking Nuremberg them.

No, you fucking dunces. Please go read a history book or two about partisan resistance in WWII. A lot of it was not confronting the Nazi openly, but perpetrating hidden acts of sabotage. Did individual partisans put themselves at risk? Absolutely. But it was never fighting out in the open.

Shooting fascist is not a good strategy? That depends in which situation you are and the threat level. Of course that should not be considered first but well, in a fascist state you can end up in a situation when you don't have the luxury to choose.

Um… no. Italian partisans learned pretty fucking quickly that openly shooting at the odd Nazi ended in fucking reprisals where the remaining Nazis lined up people in their village or town and shot one out of 10 people as a “lesson”.

So they pivoted to hiding out in the fucking mountains, forests, and very inaccessible places, having people in town covertly spying on the Nazis, and doing covert sabotages of vehicle, supplies, etc. It was (a) more effective at thinning the Nazi ranks and (b) a way to shield bystanders from harm
