I hear ya. everybody I know who's moved to texas or florida, came back pretty quickly. I'd just like to believe that there's good people in every place, and I think i'm right.

I'm not interested in anyone who remains in either place...same goes for Alberta. I had many friends leave Nova Scotia to work the Alberta oil patch 40 years ago and they all came back complete assholes.

Fair enough. I have regional preferences within my own city even. i just don't think discounting people is great politics. but I engage in it too. sometimes it's hard not to. I respect you, FixNews, because at least we're having a dialog.
