I feel like he's got a real life insurance policy in how scary everyone in the line of succession is. This form of government is a mistake, we need a parliament.

They don't need a cult. The party--with all its supporting oligarchs, think tanks, & media outlets--might pull back on the worst of it, but they're still united on white supremacy, fascism, destruction of truth, elimination of opposition. The rot might slow, but not stop. Not without a purge.
