That's Quinn the prehensile-tailed porcupine (genus Coendou) at the Mandalay Farms private zoo (Jupiter FL) who went viral in 2022 for her snacking talents. At that time she was reported to live with her boyfriend Quilby. I don't know if she died or was sold. The zoo now only mentions Quilby.
