Please don't post videos of animals that are over bred to within an inch of their lives &will suffer terribly from it. This is not normal. People should be emptying the shelters &rescue facilities not financing the puppy mills if they TRULY loved animals & didn't crave their considered vanity pieces

I don't approve of all the inbreeding and breeding for specific traits. It's not the animals' fault, but the fault of the breeder! My Abby, a Frenchie, has breathing issues as well as severe digestive issues! I paid a pretty price for her when I "RESCUED" her. I would damn sure do it again!

Maybe we can hope that the tiny tea cup whatever it was was a rescue too. Glad you have your Abby but I am so sorry she has breathing problems. Any rescued animal is a win for the animal and the kind person who rescued him or her. 💙

A lot of the innocent with the issues Abby has never make it to a rescue, they die from neglect! So sad, so true!

1/2 How awful!! There are a lot of wonderful pet owners &people who truly care about animals, but there're too many who don't! It's so depressing. I'm a member of Peta &sign every petition they &others put out but I can't look at the pics or videos.

2/2 Even the ASPCA ads on TV are too much. I support the local shelters where I live, eat a vegan diet & live a vegan lifestyle...no fur, feathers etc. as I truly love ALL animals, land and sea.

That is the original size of a tea cup chihuahua! Inbreeding by people who don’t know WTF they are doing because they breed dogs for greed, have ruined the breed!

All dogs especially bred for showing with dangerous physical changes to meet some idiotic idea that a severe deformity is perfection. This is why I have no time for shows like Crufts etc where most of the worst breeding ideas are/were encouraged and rewarded.

Agreed! Breeding animals who can’t breathe easily, can only give birth by Caesarian, or whose eyes can pop out if they’re squeezed too hard isn’t love. We owe them all an apology

Dachshunds, Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Yorkshire Terriers all bred to please owners. Dachshunds bred to have long bodies so they need surgery on their spines. Bulldog breeds who can’t breathe! I can hear them walking behind me and I know exactly what breed it is without looking!

Pekingese dog also, I use to live near a lady that bred them as show dogs, they always had breathing issues

And yorkies have luxating patellas.

I’d forgotten that and yes a friend of mine has one (looks like a little rat to me) he had to have an op on a back leg this year because of that and has to have other one done next year! His legs look like matchsticks! I’m always scared I’m going to stand on him!
