Yes, but clam pearls are rare. Even conchs can have beautiful, pink coral-colored pearls. Example: www.etsy.com/listing/1861...

Some do but far less than oysters. Same principal, an irritant slips into shell & gets nacquered to soften the offending agent. The ones I've found were misshapen & ugly tho
