Maybe it's not a puppy. My mom's Maltipoo is 18 years old. He's a happy little guy, and he walks like this because he's ancient. Sure, something is technically wrong with him, but that something can't be fixed, AND he's happy. Doesn't have to be either or.

I just showed this video to a friend here at the Cafe and she concurs. "Yeah there's something wrong with him." Her words not mine. I still want to believe he's just happy.

The waitress here agrees with the internet. "Somethings wrong with his ears." I wanna know if they took this puppy to the vet and what did they find?
