Nick Robinson asking Michael Gove for advice on how to deal with the UK economy. After Gove's government made such a mess of it. #r4today

Gove should be behind bars, not the pub type.

Good God! What the hell has happened to the #BBC? We all know that Gove is as big a liar as Johnson, an irrelevant little **** who just makes stuff up as he goes along. Why the hell are they platforming him??!!

Why doesn’t he ask how Much Chelsea Mone is doing and did he get any cut for including them on the VIP lane. Corrupt wanker. 5 mins in a room with Gove. That’s all I ask.

Should Spectator contributors be interviewing the Spectator editor? Could not #r4today get someone in to interview who is independent ?

Given Gove’s position in UK journalism, most interviews of him by other journalists are best understood if viewed as a job application. Whether immediate or deferred.

God it was awful listening to that gruesome toad again. And his ‘oh so reasonable’ claims about pulling out of the ECHR …. He is utterly grotesque. As is everyone in BBC News And Current Affairs. They’re a cancer inside the BBC.

News and Current Affairs has completely lost its way, I feel. The Robbie Gibb bias is visible from space. It is letting down the wider organisation and hugely damaging to it. The few ‘good’ folk (I rate Jeremy Bowen and a couple of others) but they’re cowed by the Gibb regime and tainted by it.

The BBC’s been stolen, we should do our utmost to take it back. Gibb and his fellow board members have broken their contracts, Ofcom have done nothing and Nandy has failed to address it. The BBC has plenty of fine and silenced journalists. That’s what happens when your job’s threatened.

Gove hates economists and has never shown a glimmer of interest in economics in the years I've watched his career in politics

Brexit - Gove played some part in the Economic disaster that is Brexit , didn’t he say something like people have had enough of experts. Why would anyone listen to advice from him - oh it’s the BBC 😂 Nick Robinson believe he was a forthright young Tory 🤔
