Honestly, as much as I want to endorse the idea how can you justify biased redistricting on one side in response to gerrymandering anywhere else? I hate the idea of "cheating" to win. How about finding the right policy and message to appeal to all instead of trying to skew the results?
TBH I despise everything about our current political and social environment. I naively thought we were collectively better than this until 2016 and it's just gone downhill since. I want "right" (objectively) to win but we are heading in a direction where the good of "all" is irrelevant/vilified.

If you want to have a democracy to use to rehabilitate the USA after Trump, you’d better be willing to fight bare knuckles to not let the Republicans keep locking up control of every aspect of our government and military. Because they ARE turning all of it against us. Ugly but that’s the way it is.
