The flip side of the stats is that the races STILL tend to stick with eachother. Thus, most REPORTERS of abuse are White women, & THAT means something. It could mean the other races are getting off the hook for example, b/cz non-White women aren't reporting. Vet ALL men. Blame culture not race.
