Look I’m not as old as the orange turd, but I am in my 70s. Our skin thins and when you hit something or have a needle stuck into your hand it causes crazy bruising-so my guess is that he is getting vitamin or infusions of something for dehydration and his hands are bruising. Just my opinion.
