It's the same messed up logic that gives rich people lower interest rates and makes it easier for someone with a lot of money to be able to borrow a lot of money. The American justice system is the best money can (and does) buy.

Intrest rates are based on risk, not wealth. Average people with great credit get the same rates rich people do unless there is collateral involved.
