He does have those scars on his scalp. From the surgery gone bad that he violently ripped Ivana's hair out as revenge because she suggested it as a solution to his premature balding.

He said " does this hurt? I hope it does" she cited the physical and emotional abuse as a basis for her divorce but he and his goons were successful in her retracting it.

Money talks. Interesting that Jr. cut off ties with him because of what he did to her -- don't know if it was that incident or maybe the Maples thing on the ski slope or a litany of things. And again, money talks and unites that family.
