Yeah, I remember Biden only talkes abt expanding the court when he was campaigning last summer.

He accepted the advice of a commission that didn't support it. We haven't ever found out what really changed his mind besides that. I'm thinking he didn't have the votes in Congress so he probably thought the fight would be more divisive than successful.
