The GOP Senate only passed their altered bill. Altered, meaning this. Because the power of ignoring elections and justices are against the Byrd rule, as well as egregious health cuts. The parliamentarian cutted them out, and the GOP foolish as they are, just didn't realize the parliamentarian cuts

Are permanent. So this bill has a high chance of dying in the house. And if killed in the house the GOP can't remake another for the rest of the dying oranges term. But this move has costed the GOP the midterms and existence.
