Will there be much info in these files? A grand jury is convened just to see if there is enough evidence for an indictment.
A cover-up, you say? Sigh. This is fairly obvious. Even the grand jury testimony thing is a distraction. It's not what people are after, but it is the least likely think a judge will allow to be released. So when the judge says, "No", Trump will claim they can't release anything at all.

Trump is basically doing everything to show he is covering it up. It’s kind of hard to trust the DOJ to the right thing but it is doing everything to cover up trump creepy dirty past.
