Ok, change it to an NFL player instead of a banker, instead of forcing a way to discredit the analogy. (Which, honestly, is a cheap way out of discussing the point.)
That makes even less sense, because its completely impossible. So how would you regret something which is impossible anyway? This whole analogy is making no sense at all. It just doesn't fit.
I don't think there's much point in going on since you seem purposely intent on missing the point in favor of literalism.
