You can fault Dems for taking too long to react to the coup, but this is literally “doing something.” Republicans would be hard-pressed to vote against people getting their own money. Dems need to be more direct in their actions/language, but we’ve gotta stop dissing them when they do take action.

Don’t disagree on messaging— but response to a coup should be immediate. Dems knew about Project 2025 for mos. Schumer should NOT help things along.
