Don't fight with these guys. Identify them and shame them in their neighborhoods. Refuse to serve them in places of business. Call them ice scum in public with their family and friends. Call them out in public wherever you see one of them. Make life unpleasant for them.
But also still fight them. There are too many businesses that will welcome them with open arms and a 10% discount. Home AND work need to be uncomfortable. And being loud doesn't disrupt a kidnapping.
Point them out to neighbors and the congregation if they attend church.
