I feel like playing these games with paying your storm troopers can only backfire. One reason we have such a police problem is that we let them suck down every last dollar of public funds in overtime fraud. If the Troops are getting screwed on their paychecks morale will be low.

No for the person who asked about pay, most companies do not pay out while you are deployed. The only thing we have to do by law is not fire you for attendance and keep your position open for you when your orders are up. You then have two weeks after you get home to claim the job or we off board.
