It’s way too early to be fretting about 2028 candidates. Get a grip. Worry about the midterms and what we can do to secure them. Dem candidates will sort themselves after that.

I’m not “fretting” about 2028 candidates as I’ve long been a Newsom supporter. He’s the governor of the state I live in and I’ve been impressed with him for years, even as I’ve disagreed with some of the things he’s done. But it’s rather pathetic to me that no other Dem is fighting like he is.
