Thank you! I have an appointment to ask my doctor about my sleep lately. I’m sleeping way more than I should need to and I am always tired. 🫠

Ah. I’m very familiar with that one. Mine mostly said it’s a lovely combination of depression and peri-menopause. I think we’re just at the life stage when we’re perpetually tired. She did run bloodwork just to be sure my numbers are still normal (for me).
I often wake up in the morning tired but then if I take a nap I wake up feeling great then. 🤷🏻♀️
I don’t feel like there has been a time in the last two weeks that I could not have napped. I slept for 10 straight hours the other night and woke up feeling like I could go right back to sleep. 🤦🏻♀️
That's how I feel almost every day. It's really not fun. I'm sorry!
Yeah, my guess is it’s both of those things. I just want to feel like a normal person again!
I hope you get better answers than I did. I absolutely feel the same way but am slowly coming to accept the fact that this is normal. And that I need to eat better and exercise more because of course I do.
I’ve been lifting weights since January and it’s been awesome. I have always hated cardio, but apparently I like to pick up heavy things and put them down. 😆😆
