In Texas, registered Democrats make up 46.52% of the population. While registered Republicans make up only 37.75% of the population. Yet the GOP dominates the states because of gerrymandering - and they want to make it worse. I don't see JD Vance complaining about that.
Same in Ohio. Total Registered Voters: 7,837,269 Democrats: 2,434,747 (31.07%) Republicans: 2,407,227 (30.72%) Third party/Other: 7,761 (0.10%) Unaffiliated: 2,987,534 (38.12%)
And with 30% of the (registered) electorate Rs in Ohio miraculously get 67% of the House seats for the state.
Ohio is one of the most corrupt states there is, it’s shit here. Outside of Columbus is complete garbage, a few burbs are decent but blah.
I lived near Cincinnati for a long time. Loved it there. The rest of the state was...whew. A flaming hot mess.

Middletown ain't much. It has been built up a little in the last 20 years, but some of those folks still get oil delivered for heating purposes. It's not great.
I used to consider myself an open minded independent (which makes up a bunch of unaffiliated voters here), that would choose the best qualified candidate. I decided on J6 that, I'll never, ever vote Republican. Ever. Never, ever. Registered Dem now bc I don't ever want to be considered an R.
