As a man, I'm truly sorry - the Sanskrit society from whence all world religions originate was probably just a cesspool of boys' only energy, in spirit form, which was then forced onto the rest of the world. Classless, lawless, without a distinct taste or a shred of remorse, as old as time itself
These men come into the world, they do not claim us: they are entitled, privileged, believe they do more work and thus believe they deserve more, and so they persuade, trick, intimidate - put their grubby little hands on the keys to the storehouse where the food is, and then "take" the wife and kids
They legitimize their bullshit, also: their technology aids them, they take all the credit for other people's doings - and the people who ought to know better clearly don't - they are the world's first job shortage, hunters & foragers, they are the "persecuted" Christians, the "white man's burden"
They are the virtue and their enemies are the virtueless, they are the haves and the enemies are the have nots. They prostrate under the guise of goodwill, of good moral character; but then proceed to do anything but. They are the immoral among the moral, the wolf in sheep's clothing.
The shepherd who will guide the sheep away from their clearing and into the forest, and claim it is for their own protection. They will then lie, and cheat, and swindle, and proclaim that it was the sheep who themselves foolishly went into the forest. On the behalf of all men, I am truly sorry.
It is important we learn from these "men" what not to do in a society, to maintain it. We do not steal from those who have not, we do not condemn those who are not our own flesh and blood, and we use only the land we are capable of maintaining in the long term. Our sin ≠ our virtue.
