At this point we need to consider if a power vacuum would be less dangerous than Trump living to become even more senile and petty.

Eh, by all indications the power vacuum is already there as the Executive Branch has fragmented into desmenes with no meaningful overarching oversight or direction except when he has his baleful eye that way by some advisor that hasn't bored him yet.
