What do you mean who cares?! Maine's fun ranking is fascinating! In summer it's in the top 3 - that's why it's called "Vacationland"! Unfortunately it scrapes bottom during the other 9 months. We do rank in the top 5 for most-need-for-antidepressants during that time, so at least there's that!

Dude my parents dragged me up to Maine almost every summer to the point where I might have the shops on Bar Harbor's main drag memorized I'm sure Maine is in the big hairy middle of the overall ranking of fun US states. At least CT stands out for being NO FUN. And New York? Top 5 year round baby 😎

We Mainers are adept at rubbing sticks together, and that combined with tin cans and some fishing line can give us internet access for up to 20 minutes some days! If you'd read the thread, you'd know your homeland wasn't actually disrespected. (And your reaction was kind of insane, regardless.)
