It's highly unlikely they'll ever face justice in their lifetimes because this regime will take decades to topple. Maybe when they're very old.

They might face justice when they're very elderly, like in their 80s or 90s. However, being as the U.S. food and water supply isn't safe anymore, public health measures have been abolished, and vaccines are about to be banned, most Americans will die long before reaching those ages.
