Back from holiday and my brain feels like this icelandic dude's head

A statue of someone in businesswear, holding a briefcase. But from the waist up, they're just a big block of stone. The statue is standing in front of a pond/lake in Reykjavik. we can see an Icelandic church across the water, plus a few benches on this side of the water. The statue is on cobbles.

Interesting statue! I wonder if it represents the way immigrants take their land with them in their heads and hearts when they leave... or, more flippantly, it could represent how it feels to have a hangover on Monday morning. (grin)

When we were there last week, a seagull was posing nearby and a bunch of tourists were snapping away. (It’s… a seagull.) Then it finally moved… on top of that statue. Which was a bit weird. (Man legs. Square middle. Bird head.) I hope you had a lovely time over there.
