Rats and any other caged pets folks may have of course. some friends once looked after (previous ) rats while we moved and the cage was opposite the pen for their guinea pigs. both sets of animals were baffled by their new neighbours!

My uni (vet) flatmates kept rats and guinea-pigs and hamsters. One night flatmate was woken by tiny shreaking screams. A mahoosive cockroach has backed her hamster into a corner and he is squeaking in terror.
