She made a very bad decision: She ignored the letters "Duty to Warn" from expert techs who told her that the Swing States were hacked (machine code) & there was no way trump won ALL those states. She was advised to do a recount/forensic investigation BEFORE THE VOTES WERE CERTIFIED. SHE REFUSED.
