Re. field workers. Have you ever seen a porta-potty out there? Inadequate drinking water. Spiders, snakes, hot sun. I've talked to folk who picked. They're tough, a lot of them grew up on farms. They'd laugh at us trying to do this work, but then help. They're GOOD people with strong work ethics.

And employers take advantage of their inability to complain and have safer and better working conditions.

These migrants... I have heard stories of them living 16 to a small living space (like a remade semi trailer), share beds in shifts, and are CHARGED for the privilege!
