Exactly! Mum does 10k+ steps a day, eats a healthy ish diet but creaks like an old lady and gets out of puff on hills. The only way she can lose weight is by not eating🙄🙄

It's one of Mum's pet subjects, she read a brilliant book called Unwell Women by Elinor Cleghorn about how male medicine has mistreated women through the centuries. She recommends it to everyone🤣🤣

Well I was always sweary, and my filter pretty un-filterered 😆 but I just dont feel the need to tolerate the knob heads forcing their way into my day/life without the response they deserve these days

M’s also got more sweary, usually at D though 🤭
