Saw this today. Quote from Marcus Aurelius, “The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” Think happy thoughts!

I'm not sure of the provenance of that quote. It could be a paraphrase. That being said, Marcus would more likely have argued quality thoughts were those that were considered Virtuous. He wasn't a proponent of toxic positivity. And it would be better to translate happiness as flourishing.
