I think they don't make people like they used to, my mother & grandmother were tougher than me. I've had a bad back since hs, and arthritis since about 12. My 64yo self thinks I'm 20, body sure reminds me I'm not 🤦♀️ I do hope you find some relief.

I read your posts every day and agree with approximately "100%" of them. I am 70 and have body issues too and identify with your pain. I even have a trike too. I really, really hope your pain eases. Just know that even though we don't know each other I appreciate you.
