A federal judge just blocked Trump’s cruel and unconstitutional attack on birthright citizenship. This decision reinforces what the 14th Amendment makes clear: every child born on U.S. soil deserves equal protection under the law. We will not let fear and xenophobia rewrite the Constitution.
