I was texting a friend and I was thinking more a DDR/guitar hero type thing that gets the band to march in formation and play correctly, and he suggested the trombone game, and I think it should be both.

Maybe a first person minigame where you are the tuba player and you try to march along in your spot as the band does their show, despite having no idea what the routine is 🤔
